Assistant Manager - Student Services & Recruitment | Colombo A leading higher education institute in Colombo is seeking an experienced professional to drive student recruitment while ensuring responsive and effective student support across all programmes. Job Responsibilities: Drive recruitment, enrolment and conversion targets across all programmes, counselling prospects on programmes, eligibility, fees and progression pathways Manage the full enquiry-to-enrolment process, including lead allocation, follow-ups, applications, document checks, admissions coordination and registration Supervise the Student Services team, monitoring targets, pipelines, conversions, service standards and performance reports Coordinate orientations, student activities and events, engagement, feedback, support, retention and progression initiatives Liaise with academic, marketing, finance and operations teams to ensure accurate information and a seamless student experience Serve as a key student contact, managing communications, letters, records, requests, concerns and escalations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field 3+ years' experience in student recruitment, counselling or student services Experience supervising a counselling or student services team is preferred Strong communication, sales, organisational and problem- solving skills Experience in higher education or professional qualifications is an advantage Age 28+ preferred PLEASE CLICK THE APPLY BUTTON TO SEND YOUR CV VIA XPRESSJOBS
