Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers in line with customer requirements and company pricing policies. Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management. Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution. Achieve assigned sales, gross profit, collection, and business development KPIs. Personal Skills & Profile Successful completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination. Age between 25 - 35 years. Should be fluent in English. Full/Part qualification in marketing would be an added advantage. Priority will be given to the candidates with prior experience in Hardware product sales. Position Overview We are seeking an Executive – Bid to support our Facilities and Business Growth team at Al Ghurair. In this role, you will prepare and coordinate detailed, costed, and persuasive bids to help the organization secure new business contracts. Key Responsibilities Bid & Proposal Management- Review and capture key technical and commercial requirements from RFPs. Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals. Raise RFIs and coordinate clarifications during the bidding process. Prepare post-bid technical presentations, including client presentations. Costing & Commercial Support- Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for bids. Send inquiries and obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors. Prepare price breakdown summaries and benchmarking analyses. Ensure commercial proposals are competitive and aligned with RFP requirements. Pre-Bid & Stakeholder Coordination- Attend pre-bid meetings and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. Conduct site surveys as required. Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, internal teams, and the line manager throughout the bidding process. Reporting & Continuous Improvement- Prepare bid-related reports, lessons learned, and debrief reports. Maintain clear, professional, and well-organized bid documentation. Identify opportunities to improve the bidding process and implement enhancements. Support continuous improvement and innovative approaches to bid preparation. Key Performance Measures Clear and comprehensive bid cost estimates. Presentable and well-organized work pattern/style. Appealing and well-tailored proposal write-ups. Demonstrates ambition and consistently seeks continuous improvement. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or a relevant field. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management (FM). At least 3+ years of experience in Bidding / Procurement. Skills: Strong understanding of technical and commercial RFP requirements. Expert proficiency in MS Office. Strong mathematical and cost-estimation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and self-motivated. APMP and/or PMP certification is an advantage. Why This Opportunity?
