Position overview We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Creative Executive – Video & Motion Graphics to lead the creation of engaging visual content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling skills with expertise in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and creative direction. This role requires someone who can transform ideas into compelling visual experiences while maintaining brand consistency. Role Responsibilities Conceptualize and produce high-quality video content for digital, social media, advertising, and internal communications. Design and create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance storytelling. Lead creative projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution. Collaborate with marketing, branding, content, and product teams to develop impactful campaigns. Direct video shoots, including planning, scripting, storyboarding, and post-production. Edit videos using professional editing software while maintaining high production standards. Develop creative concepts for product launches, promotional campaigns, events, and social media. Mentor junior designers and video editors, providing creative guidance and constructive feedback. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and motion design. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and business objectives. Preferred Skills And Experience Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film Production, Visual Communication, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia design. Strong portfolio showcasing creative video production, animation, and motion graphics work. Working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D software is an advantage. Experience with colour grading, sound editing, and visual effects. Strong understanding of storytelling, typography, composition, pacing, and visual communication.
