This position contributes to service quality, the "first-time right" repair rate, safety, and brand reliability. Job Qualifications Passes in G.C.E. (Advanced Level) and G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) examinations. A certificate or diploma in automotive, mechanical, electrical, or a related field. Possession of vocational certifications in automotive technology or Electric Vehicle (EV) technology would be an added advantage. At least 1–2 years of experience in automotive or motorcycle servicing. Experience with Electric Vehicle (EV) systems would be an added advantage. Age below 35 years. Job Description Manage daily after-sales service operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Provide technical guidance to service representatives and technicians regarding complex mechanical, electrical, and Electric Vehicle (EV) related issues. Handle customer complaints and escalated issues, ensuring timely resolutions and customer satisfaction. Minimize service delays and ensure the availability of essential spare parts; coordinate spare parts and inventory requirements. Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring compliance with procedures and safety standards, and continuously improving service quality and first-time-fix rates.
