Group Talent Acquisition Team Anunine Holdings (Pvt) Ltd KSPA Packaging (Pvt) Ltd, a leading organisation in the manufacturing and packaging sector, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Health & Safety to promote a strong Health, Safety and Environmental culture across the organisation. The role will be responsible for implementing HSE standards, conducting risk assessments and safety inspections, managing incident investigations, ensuring regulatory and ISO compliance, and driving employee safety awareness and emergency preparedness Job Profile: Implement and monitor Health, Safety and Environmental standards across operational areas. Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, Job Hazard Analysis, incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis. Conduct employee, contractor and visitor inductions, safety awareness programmes and HSE training. Monitor unsafe conditions and acts, ensure corrective actions, and maintain safety records and reports. Develop and implement OHS policies, procedures, emergency response plans and site safety plans. Coordinate fire drills, first aid, chemical handling, manual handling and other required safety training. Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMETA, HIGG-FSLM and applicable HSE requirements. Coordinate contractor HSE compliance and support internal, external and regulatory audits. Manage workplace accidents, near-misses, occupational health hazards and safety concerns. Coordinate hazardous waste management and ensure applicable environmental compliance. Prepare HSE reports and provide recommendations to management for continuous improvement. Person Profile: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Health & Safety, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or an equivalent professional qualification. Professional certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH and NIOSH will be advantageous. Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMETA, HIGG-FSLM and HSE compliance requirements. Strong competency in Risk Assessment, JHA, Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis. Good knowledge of occupational health, emergency preparedness and workplace safety practices. Strong leadership, communication, coaching and employee training skills.
