Brand Manager - Kids Play Area & Carnival Are you a creative and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for creating memorable family experiences? As our Brand Manager, you will lead marketing strategies, manage exciting campaigns, and ensure every guest experience strengthens our brand and drives business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Oversee daily operations of the kids play area & carnival attractions to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms. Ensure a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for all guests while addressing feedback and resolving concerns professionally. Organize promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations. Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing results, and prepare performance reports. Supervise staff scheduling and support team performance. Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing and promotional materials. Drive revenue growth by achieving marketing and business performance targets. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing. Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities. Experience in entertainment, retail, hospitality, or family recreation will be an added advantage. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays and extended hours.
