Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments. Negotiate with customers to arrange timely settlement of outstanding amounts. Coordinate and follow up on the collection of payments from customers. Ensure collection targets are achieved within the agreed timelines. Maintain accurate records of debtor accounts and continuously monitor outstanding balances. Prepare and submit periodic reports on debtor balances and collection performance to management. Key Requirements: Age between 35 - 45 years. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Possession of a valid driving license. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance priorities and be able to operate independently and efficiently.
