We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives that strengthen market presence, enhance customer engagement, and deliver commercial success. This role is best suited for candidates who have already gained substantial brand marketing experience and can demonstrate successful campaign execution from concept to launch. The Job Support the planning, development, and execution of brand and marketing initiatives. Manage end-to-end campaign implementation across ATL, BTL, Digital, social media, and Print platforms. Ensure all marketing activities align with overall brand strategy and business objectives. Monitor brand performance, market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Assist in the development of innovative brand communication strategies and marketing materials. Measure campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations to optimize future initiatives. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless execution of key projects. The Person Degree or professional qualification in Marketing or a related field. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a similar role is mandatory. Hands-on experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns is mandatory, with candidates required to clearly demonstrate campaign ownership and achievements in their CV. Strong understanding of advertising, sales, consumer marketing, and the full marketing mix. Experience working with advertising agencies, media partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and building successful brands. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Experience managing reputed brands, large-scale campaigns, or significant marketing budgets will be a distinct advantage. Passionate about creating engaging digital content and driving social media presence, with the ability to work closely with agencies to build impactful online brand visibility.
