WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 2-3 years of spa, wellness, salon, or hotel spa experience. Previous supervisory or team-leading experience. Strong knowledge of wellness treatments and service standards. Ability to monitor therapist performance and treatment quality. Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills. Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil is an added advantage. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Professional attitude, grooming, and work ethic. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee daily centre operations and staff schedules. Lead and support the team to deliver exceptional service. Monitor treatment quality, techniques, timing, and service standards. Coach therapists and support continuous performance improvement. Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, safety, and company policies.
