Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a star-class hotel or fine-dining restaurant. Strong knowledge of international or local cuisine. 2. Restaurant Captain Key Responsibilities : Lead restaurant floor operations, guide guest dining experiences, supervise waitstaff, and handle guest inquiries efficiently. Qualifications: Prior experience in F&B leadership, strong communication skills in English, and a customer-centric attitude. 3. Senior Waiter Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality food and beverage service, ensure table readiness, and support junior staff. Qualifications: 2-3 years of relevant experience in a hotel or quality restaurant setting with an engaging personality. 4. Commis I Key Responsibilities: Assist senior chefs with daily mis-en-place, basic cooking duties, and maintaining cleanliness across workstations. Qualifications: Formal training/diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management with practical kitchen experience. 5. Kitchen Helper Key Responsibilities: Assist with kitchen cleaning, dishwashing, food prep, and maintaining hygiene across the kitchen area. Qualifications: Energetic, hard-working, and willing to learn. Previous kitchen experience is an added advantage.
