Client Care Executive We are the leading healthcare provider in Singapore, offering advanced medical care across various specialties. Our hospital group is expanding its presence in Sri Lanka to facilitate access to world-class medical treatment for Sri Lankan. The Role: The Client Care Executive will be responsible for promoting our hospitals’ services in Sri Lanka by working with patients. The individual will lead patient marketing efforts and manage all aspects of patient coordination. Key Responsibilities: Visiting doctors and managing the relationships Identify patient demands and develop suitable strategies to meet them Identifying appropriate patients and supporting them throughout their healthcare journey Identify suitable patients that can be developed for suitable relationships Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our hospital’s services Organize targeted seminars, promotional, marketing and publicity efforts Serve as the main point of contact for all patient-related enquiries from Sri Lanka Coordinate with hospital teams in Singapore to ensure seamless patient care and communication Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sri Lanka in a private hospital A person playing the role of customer care and Doctor on boarding for a private hospital is given first preference Familiarity with pharmaceutical and medical devices. An established network of contacts in Sri Lanka with proven referral channels is advantageous Experience in organizing marketing events, seminars and promotional activities Proven ability to work independently while managing complex responsibilities Passionate, motivated by achieving results, and not afraid to push through comfort zone Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Digital Marketing experience in managing social media would be an added advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills in all 3 languages (English, Sinhala and Tamil) If you believe you are a good fit for this role, please send your CV with non-related referees via XpressJobs.
