Compliance Executive / Senior Executive

We are Hiring Compliance Executive / Senior Executive Konnect BPO Technologies (Pvt) LTD is Looking for a Compliance Executive / Senior Executive to Join Our Growing Team. If You Have a Strong Background in ISO Standards, Information Security Management Systems (Isms), and Regulatory Compliance, We'd Like to Hear From You. Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the organization's compliance framework. Manage and maintain ISO management systems, including documentation, policies, procedures, and records. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, information security requirements, and applicable regulatory obligations. Coordinate internal and external ISO audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings. Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement. Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures, and security controls across the organization. Assist in developing and reviewing company policies, SOPs, and compliance-related documentation. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are embedded into business processes. Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and management updates. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/HND in Information Technology, Information Security, Business Management, Law, or a related discipline. 2-5 years of experience for Executive level or 5+ years of experience for Senior Executive level in compliance, ISO, or information security. Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining ISO Management Systems. Strong understanding of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). Experience coordinating ISO certification and surveillance audits. Knowledge of risk management, internal controls, compliance monitoring, and policy development. Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
