Start your career as a Credit Executive (Mortgages) Exciting opportunity for a ACCA/ CIMA / CIM/Banking past finalist/ graduate to work in the UK Financial sector (office based in Sri Lanka) The WIS Group a fast-growing group of companies in the Accountancy and Financial services industry in the UK seeks to recruit a Credit Executive (Mortgages) to be employed in the mortgage advisory arm of the company. WIS mortgages works with all leading UK banks, Insurers and Mortgage Brokers and provide financial advice to its clients through financial advisors. As a Credit Executive, you would be required to provide recommendations to Financial Advisors based in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to break into the financial services sector and work with leading international Banks and Insurers We are looking for: Sharp individuals who can work independently with very limited supervision. Excellent standard of English expected (Written and spoken) Excellent report-writing skills 2-3 years of work experience in any finance-related field. Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Management, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CIMA, CA, CMA, or ACCA will be an advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Should be comfortable Working for UK hours (2.30 pm to 10.30pm in the winter and 1.30 pm to 9.30 pm in the summer) from our Office - Bernard's Business Park, Dutugemunu Steet, Kohuwala. Occasionally work on Saturday and a few days a week late shift (8 hours-night traveling will be arranged if working from the office and extra payments will be given). What is expected from the role of Credit Executive (Mortgages): Identify clients' financial requirements (for example, mortgage and life insurance needs), assess their creditworthiness by reviewing their financial circumstances, and provide recommendations to financial advisers. Prepare detailed reports for clients outlining the rationale behind recommended financial products. Liaise with banks and insurers as required, providing supporting documentation to substantiate decisions and recommendations made. Benefits: Salary - negotiable based on experience.
