Customer Support Assistant / Customer Support Officer (Mobile/Internet Banking) | Head Office Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC, a subsidiary of Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC, incorporated on 19th April 2004, is licensed by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011. We invite applications for the above position at Head Office. Job Profile Handle inbound calls and customer queries related to the mobile wallet application, including transactions, account access, and feature usage. Resolve customer complaints related to failed transactions, delayed payments, reversals, and technical issues. Provide clear guidance on mobile wallet features, usage, and digital payment processes. Log and track customer interactions, escalating unresolved cases to relevant teams. Follow up on pending cases to ensure resolution within defined SLAs. Educate customers on self-service options and safe wallet usage. Identify recurring issues and report trends to relevant teams for continuous improvement. Report recurring issues and trends to support continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and data privacy standards. Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a focus on customer satisfaction in all interactions. Candidate Profile Ideal candidate should be between 20–30 years. Successfully completed GCE Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent. Diploma in Business/Customer Service is an added advantage. 1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or financial services environment, preferably in digital payments or banking. Basic understanding of digital payment systems, mobile wallets, or banking transactions. Ability to handle complaints and difficult customers professionally. A dynamic and result-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Freshers with strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving ability may also be considered.
