Debt Collection Coordinator | Wellawatte We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Debt Coordinator / Debt Collector Coordinator to manage customer payment follow-ups, debt collection activities, account coordination, and petty cash handling. The ideal candidate should have strong customer handling skills, basic financial knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate records while coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure timely collections What We Are Looking For Diploma or certification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 1 year experience in debt collection, customer handling, credit control, or coordination roles Experience in petty cash handling will be an added advantage Knowledge of ageing reports, account reconciliation, and collection records Good negotiation and customer handling skills Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems Good command of Sinhala and English; Tamil will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities Follow up on outstanding customer payments and coordinate collections Maintain customer accounts and collection records Review ageing reports and support account reconciliation Handle petty cash transactions and related documentation Update reports through Excel and ERP systems Coordinate with customers and internal teams for payment-related matters PLEASE CLICK THE APPLY BUTTON TO SEND YOUR CV VIA XPRESSJOBS
