We are looking for a self-motivated, result-driven individual with a proven track record to join our Browns Group. Personal Profile & Skills Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the pet animal or veterinary pharmaceutical industry. 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of pet animal products and market trends. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. A strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets within deadlines. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets. Support business development initiatives to expand market share. Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with veterinarians, distributors, and key clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Ensure the availability and effective promotion of pet animal products across all channels.
