As an Engineer R&D will be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of new products, processes and technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement an R&D strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Identify research areas and opportunities for innovation that can contribute to growth and competitiveness. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback. Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Evaluate new technologies, tools and methodologies that can enhance the R&D process and contribute to product innovation. Allocate resources effectively to support ongoing projects and future research initiatives and optimize resource utilization. Ensure that all R&D activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical guidelines. Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may impact the successful execution of R&D projects. Requirements BSc. Engineering in Materials Engineering at a reputed University. 1-3 years' experience in similar capacity in a manufacturing organization. Familiar with industry-specific regulations and quality standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Age below 40 years. Attractive remuneration packages, commensurate with the position applied for are an offer.
