Executive Branding Key Responsibilities: Execute BTL and visibility-related activities in the field with the aid of other staff members. Assist in improving divisional processes for greater efficiency and timely delivery. Collaborate with internal and external teams such as creative and digital agencies to implement digital campaigns for all division brands. Manage and update all digital platforms and channels. Support in organising activations, events and sponsorships. Implement push campaigns at the field level such as dealer promotions. Key Skills & Tools: Bachelor's degree from a reputed university in Marketing or a related field. Diploma/Certificate in Digital Marketing. Sound knowledge and experience in setting up digital campaigns on main platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google. Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala (written and spoken). Strong negotiation skills, leadership qualities, and experience in managing multiple projects. Minimum two years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity is a must. Graphic design skills and familiarity with software such as Photoshop or CorelDRAW will be an advantage. Ability to work under pressure, deliver tasks with minimal errors, and meet tight deadlines. Organised and structured work processes with attention to detail.
