Key Responsibilities: Prepare, evaluate and review comprehensive credit proposals Conduct pre-credit evaluations and implement post-credit monitoring for facilities Analyze weekly reports to identify and address overdue debtors promptly Scrutinize loan requests and assess clients' financial data to determine creditworthiness Perform in-depth credit analysis and calculate risk ratios to ensure sound lending decisions Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their financial needs and delivering tailored credit solutions Candidate Criteria: Part qualification in Banking from IBSL or a Diploma in Credit Management from IBSL/SLICM, or an equivalent recognized credit-related qualification Minimum 05-07 years of experience in a commercial bank, including at least 03 years in a Credit Officer/Credit Analyst role or a similar capacity Prior experience in credit operations or specialization in corporate banking will be a distinct advantage Strong knowledge of banking operations, credit evaluation, and risk management processes High competency in financial analysis and credit risk assessment Strong communication, report writing, and negotiation capabilities Proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills Remuneration: The successful candidates will be provided with an attractive remuneration package including fringe benefits, commensurate with industry standards.
