WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TALENTED, COMPETENT TEAM WORKER FOR THE BELOW MENTIONED DESIGNATION. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement training programs for field staff (Crew members) and visit the location regular basis. Plan and schedule trainings on regular basis. Prepare and maintain training course materials. Inform about the training events in advance to field staffs. Ensure that training material and information are updated and available at all times. Evaluate the field staff on their job role and address the training needs. Establish trainings program to suit the current organizational needs. Keep and maintain the training track records. Collaborate across departments to identify relevant training needs. Adhere to company procedures and regulations. JOB CONCERNS Should be able to travel in Colombo and out-station according to the Training requirements. Willing to work in roster basis and weekends (At least 4 Closing Shifts per month) REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years working experience in Hospitality industry as an Executive Training and Development. Diploma in training and human resource development/ tourism and hospitality management or any other equivalent. Good communication skills specially on English Language.
