Executive - Tutes Delivery | Rajagiriya ECHEM EDUCATIONS, is an educational service provider committed to delivering high quality leaning solutions and academic support. we are seeking a committed Tutes Delivery Executive to our Logistic team. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Manage the day to day operations of the Tutes Delivery Team. Prepare and maintain delivery lists for the timely dispatch of tutes and educational materials. Maintain accurate student, delivery, and dispatch related data. Update delivery tracking information and monitor the status of dispatched items. Coordinate with courier services, postal services, and other relevant parties. Prepare delivery-related reports and maintain proper documentation. Ensure tutes and educational materials are dispatched accurately and on time. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Previous experience in administration, logistics, delivery coordination, or a similar role will be an added advantage Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. Strong data entry and data management skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external service providers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
