Factory Manager | Horana Hesperus Naturehla (Pvt) Ltd – Factory Location: Horana BOI Zone, Horana Position: Factory Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Hesperus Naturehla (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Factory Manager to oversee the overall factory operations and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the overall day-to-day factory operations. Plan and monitor production schedules and targets. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and resources. Monitor production efficiency, wastage, rejects, downtime, and operational costs. Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, health & safety, and company standards. Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, HR, and other departments. Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity. Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment. Prepare and review factory operational reports. Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in factory/manufacturing operations, including managerial or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of production planning, GMP, quality control, and factory operations. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel. Ability to work under pressure and manage a large workforce. Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Manufacturing will be an advantage.
