We are a well-established real estate company in Sri Lanka seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Finance Manager. We offer an Attractive Salary Package commensurate with experience and qualifications. Finance Manager - Male / Female Key Qualifications: Candidates must meet the following essential criteria: Professional Qualification: Fully or partly qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or SL Chartered Accountancy. Experience: More than 2 years of experience heading a Finance Division or similar senior accounting role, with proven expertise in: Finalizing monthly accounts. Managing cash flow. Budgeting and financial forecasting. Technical Skills: Proficient IT literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.). Language Skills: Good command of both Sinhala and English (written and spoken). Soft Skills: Proven good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team added advantage. SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE As the Senior Sales executive you will be part of the Ingredient Solutions and Private Label businesses. The candidate must be able to work in a dynamic and exciting fast paced setting, and work closely with the founder of the company in driving sales. We are looking for a talented and capable candidate who is eloquent and able communicate effectively with international clients. The candidate must be passionate about food and should be willing to learn and get a deeper understanding of ingredients, their application and their properties. Responsibilities Maintaining and profitably growing sales. Developing account plans in line with the customers' strategies, inclusive of ambitious growth targets and innovation opportunities. Establish new business relationships with influential contacts within target Markets. Responsible for delivering company results/targets in volume and revenue. Generating new business by finding opportunities and converting them into revenue. Growing the "pipeline" of customer portfolio to ensure reliable stream of future business. Liaise with factory team, Finance and other relevant stakeholders when carrying out day to day operations. Assist with the development of new products and expand existing business with our formulated products. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will need to be able to work independently. Providing an accurate forecast of customers' sales volumes and revenues. Maintaining a monthly dashboard and activity report. To provide prompt and regular reporting of leads, sales activity and pipeline cases. Coordinate order delivery/ execution process including documentation and maintain communication with customers. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Management or relevant field. Those who have completed CIM, CIMA or ACCA are welcome to apply. At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience in an export company working with overseas customers. Solid presentation skills and excellent written and oral interpersonal skills. Knowledge in Organic Ingredients, Spices and other Agri exports is preferred. Consistent track record of growing revenue and managing financial dealings with customers. Customer-focused mindset and the ability to maintain solid relationships with clients. Should be a team player and be able to work with cross functional team members. Ability to work under pressure to deliver deadlines and targets. The candidate needs to be a fast learner and should be able learn about the ingredients and products he/she is selling. Provide an exceptional level of sales and customer management to all customers to ensure that all their needs and requests are taken care of. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint and Word.
