Finance Manager (Remote) | Colombo A fast-growing company is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to take ownership of its finance function and support its next stage of growth. This is a hands-on senior role combining day-to-day financial management with forecasting, financial modelling and strategic planning. Position: Finance Manager Location: Colombo Employment: Full-Time / Remote Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations Prepare management accounts and financial reports Develop cash-flow forecasts, budgets and multi-year financial projections Build financial models for business planning, investment and expansion Manage AP, AR, cash flow and bank reconciliations Conduct budget vs. actual, variance and profitability analysis Monitor financial KPIs and provide management insights Manage tax, audit, statutory and regulatory finance requirements Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes Support senior management with strategic financial planning and investor reporting Candidate Profile Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field CA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified preferred Strong experience in financial management, forecasting and budgeting Excellent financial modelling and Excel / Google Sheets skills Sound knowledge of accounting, compliance and financial controls Strong analytical and commercial mindset Ability to independently take ownership of the finance function Startup, technology or high-growth business experience is an advantage PLEASE CLICK THE APPLY BUTTON TO SEND YOUR CV VIA XPRESSJOBS
