Fintech Officer - Consumer Lending (Lesi Pay) (One Year Contract) Key Responsibilities Manage product pricing updates and new product configurations. Oversee device allocation and inventory management. Create merchant credentials and system access. Coordinate retailer onboarding and system setup. Resolve retailer operational issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records and operational reports. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth retailer operations. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience in fintech, payments, merchant operations, or customer support is an advantage. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
