Join our team and gain hands-on experience while contributing to key people and operational processes. Key Responsibilities Assist with HR and administrative operations on a day-to-day basis. Coordinate vendor payments and follow up on payment-related matters. Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations. Maintain HR and administrative records, documentation, and reports. Support employee onboarding and other HR-related activities. Assist in coordinating training programs, employee events, and internal communications. Provide administrative support for departmental projects and initiatives. Perform other duties assigned to support business and operational requirements. Requirements G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or currently pursuing/completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
