Assist in the employee onboarding process. Facilitate employee training programs. Maintain accurate employee records. We are Expecting A degree or professional qualification, or being an undergraduate/learning partner from a recognized university or institution in the field of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, etc. Competency in the MS Office package. Good communication skills in both Sinhala & English. A competitive allowance in par with the industrial standards will be paid.
