Maintain close liaison with suppliers on timely production, material supply and follow up shipments. Review and maintain inventories. Attend to supplier disputes. Analyze supplier performance. The Role The role will support the commercial and costing activities of HVAC projects, including quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering and project cost monitoring, while working closely with the Engineering, Procurement and Project teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates and quotations for HVAC projects, including VRF/VRV, chillers, AHUs and ventilation systems. Review drawings, specifications and project requirements to ensure accurate quantities and costing. Assist with tender submissions, supplier/subcontractor quotations, rate analysis and commercial comparisons. Monitor project costs, variations, material usage and budgets. Assist in preparing interim valuations, progress claims, invoices and other commercial documentation. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Site teams, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely project costing. Maintain proper cost records and prepare relevant reports for management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in HVAC / MEP projects. Good knowledge of HVAC systems, drawings, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs and project costing. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with AutoCAD or QS-related software will be an advantage. Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills with good attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with project teams and meet deadlines.
