Key Responsibilities Provide first-level support for hardware, software, mobile devices and network-related issues. Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows PCs, MacBooks, laptops, printers and other IT equipment. Enrol and support organizational devices through Microsoft Intune. Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, VPN and basic network connectivity issues. Support meeting-room equipment, video-conferencing systems and presentation devices. Maintain IT asset records and prepare equipment for new and departing employees. Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty claims and technical support with external vendors. Maintain IT documentation and support users of internal business applications. Qualifications and Skills Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role. Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams and Outlook. Strong hardware, software, printer and peripheral troubleshooting skills. Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi and VPN technologies. Experience supporting iPhones, Android devices and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent analytical, communication and customer-service skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and collaborate effectively with a team. Added Advantages Certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, CCNA, CompTIA A+/Network+, Fortinet FCA or ITIL 4 Foundation. Experience with Fortinet products, Windows Server administration or enterprise Apple-device support. Good understanding of IT security best practices.
