Junior Executive - Broker & Direct Endowment Business | Puttalam About the job Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with insurance brokers and direct customers. Generate and follow up on Endowment business opportunities. Coordinate with brokers to secure new business and improve business volumes. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and policy documentation. Conduct customer meetings and provide product presentations when required. Follow up on pending quotations and conversion opportunities. Ensure timely servicing of broker and customer requirements. Maintain business pipelines and support the achievement of channel targets. Qualifications Prior experience in insurance sales, broker relationship management, bancassurance, or endowment business will be an advantage. Good communication and relationship-building skills. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets. Professional qualification in Marketing, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
