Junior Executive - Business Development We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and results-driven Junior Executive - Business Development to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing prospective clients, and building strong customer relationships to support business growth and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, market research, cold calling, networking, and customer visits. Generate and qualify potential leads and maintain an active sales pipeline. Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer requirements. Negotiate with prospective customers, handle inquiries and objections, and support the successful closure of sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer inquiries, leads, and pipeline updates. Conduct regular customer visits and effectively follow up on potential business opportunities. Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Skills and Experience Required A Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline would be an advantage. Previous exposure to sales or business development would be an added advantage. Strong prospecting, persuasion, negotiation, and selling skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Good analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Familiarity with CRM systems would be an advantage. A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently. Preference will be given to candidates residing in close proximity to the company.
