Junior Executive – Financial Operations Finance Division | Dialog Finance PLC THE JOB Handle vendor registration processes and maintain related documentation. Process purchase orders (POs) through company systems. Perform GL account reconciliations and MPOS reconciliations. Manage cash advances and vendor advances accurately and timely. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities from the finance function. Assist in annual reporting, regulatory submissions, and audit requirements. Coordinate information requests for internal, external, and regulatory audits. Support day-to-day payment processing and financial operations activities. THE PERSON Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Part qualification in ACCA, CA, CIMA, AAT, or an equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 1 year of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, banking, or financial services. Sound knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
