Job Profile Maintaining the Reception Area Answering General Line Calls Collecting Couriers and Distributing Birthday & Farewell Arrangements Board Room Reservation Supporting Other Department Functions Managing the HRIS Benefit Module Handling Staff Medical Insurance Coverage Overseas Travel Coordination & Transport Arrangement Providing assistance and support to the Director of People & Culture Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role. Diploma in front office, Secretarial. PR or related field Proficiency in office management and administrative tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
