Junior/ Senior - Optometrist | Colombo Location: Colombo Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience Employment Type: Full-Time What We’re Looking For A motivated and customer-oriented Junior Optometrist who is eager to develop professionally while providing accurate, friendly, and high-quality eye-care services. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and basic vision assessments for customers. Perform refraction and determine appropriate vision corrections. Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear based on their visual requirements and preferences. Provide professional guidance on lenses, frames, and general eye care. Identify common eye conditions and refer customers to ophthalmologists when further medical attention is required. Maintain accurate customer and examination records. Support the optical team with day-to-day store and customer service activities. Ensure a professional and positive customer experience. Requirements Diploma/Degree or recognized qualification in Optometry. Minimum 6 months of relevant practical experience as an Optometrist. Good knowledge of refraction, vision testing, and basic eye care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude with good attention to detail.
