About the Role We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead - Talent Acquisition (DPO/BPM) to lead recruitment efforts across our Digital Process Outsourcing (DPO) line of business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, leading a team of recruiters, partnering with business leaders and ensuring the timely hiring of high-quality talent to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end to end Talent Acquisition function for the DPO line of business. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs. Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer management until the onboarding. Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume hiring requirements. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Establish relationships with universities, professional networks, and external recruitment partners. Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing recruitment within a DPO, BPO, Shared Services, or high-volume hiring environment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop recruitment teams. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
