ABOUT US We are a leading LED digital advertising and event solutions company, delivering high-impact visual experiences and large-scale event productions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead end-to-end event operations including planning, scheduling, and execution Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery Manage event logistics including venues, equipment, manpower, and timelines Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and dismantling processes Ensure quality control, safety standards, and brand compliance at all events Prepare operational plans, risk assessments, and event reports Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of projects Troubleshoot operational challenges in real time during events Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and service providers REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in event management or operations (2-3 years preferred) Strong leadership and team coordination skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously Strong communication and negotiation skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required LOCATION : World Trade Center, Colombo 01, Sri Lanka PLEASE CLICK THE APPLY BUTTON TO SEND YOUR CV VIA XPRESSJOBS
