Manager - Software Engineering (Flutter Mobile & Web Developer) Job Profile: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Flutter and Dart for Android, iOS, and Web platforms. Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing mobile and web applications. Develop reusable components and maintainable application architectures using Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and modern design patterns. Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, enterprise systems, and third-party services. Implement secure authentication, authorization, and mobile security controls. Integrate and manage services such as Firebase, Google Cloud Platform, analytics, push notifications, and customer engagement platforms. Manage application deployments and releases through Google Play Console, App Store Connect, and TestFlight. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders. Participate in technical design, solution architecture, code reviews, release planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart development. Experience developing and maintaining applications for Android, iOS, and Flutter Web. Sound knowledge of BLoC, Cubit, Riverpod, Provider, or other state-management frameworks. Minimum 7 years’ experience in software development - Flutter Mobile & Web Developer Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Dio, HTTP, and backend integrations. Good understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and software engineering best practices. Experience with Firebase services including Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and source control best practices. Strong understanding of application security concepts including OAuth 2.0, JWT, secure storage, SSL/TLS, and OWASP Mobile Security principles. Experience with application deployment, release management, and certificate/signing management for Android and iOS platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, and advanced API integrations. Experience with customer engagement platforms such as CleverTap. Knowledge of Flutter performance optimization, monitoring, and analytics.
