Marketing Executive – Facebook Growth & Content | Full-time Full-time | Joey Clothing We’re looking for a hands-on marketer to grow Joey Clothing’s Facebook presence and deliver measurable results. You’ll create content that speaks to our customers, manage the page day to day, and test new ideas to increase reach, enquiries and sales. What you’ll do Plan, create and publish daily Facebook posts, Stories and short videos Create original content at Joey outlets, including product features, styling ideas and staff content Coordinate UGC with creators and customers, from briefing through to approved content Assist the Marketing Manager with shoot preparation and execution Adapt new-arrival and campaign content specifically for Facebook Monitor comments and messages, respond to general questions and pass sales enquiries to the relevant team Test content formats and posting approaches, then use the results to improve the page Report regularly on Facebook performance and progress against agreed KPIs Your KPIs will include relevant audience growth, reach and engagement, qualified customer enquiries, and sales generated through Facebook where these can be tracked. Targets will be agreed with the Marketing Manager.
