Marketing Manager

WE'RE HIRING Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Monitor campaign performance, optimize ads, and improve ROAS and customer acquisition. Manage digital marketing budgets and prepare performance reports. Create engaging social media posts, advertisements, banners, flyers, and promotional content. Develop short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Manage social media content calendars and community engagement. Support product launches, promotional campaigns, events, and brand-building activities. Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and corporate partners. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads and improve customer engagement. Qualification & Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Brand Management.(experience in fitness, wellness, sports performance, or healthcare is a strong plus). Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads. Proficiency in Canva, knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro, or CapCut is an advantage. Knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM, and email marketing platforms. Strong copywriting, analytical, creative, and project management skills. Experience in fitness, wellness, sports performance, or healthcare is an added advantage.
