Medical Receptionist (Day / Night Shifts) Vida Medical is Colombo’s Premier Boutique Healthcare service provider that offers emergency care, OPD services, home visits on 24/7 basis on 365 days. Job Description: Communication and coordination of all incoming calls to the suitable medical professional. (Replying to emails, WhatsApp inquiries, Website inquiries etc.) Handling all incoming and outgoing calls professionally - Communicating with all external customers effectively - Maintaining customer databases on MS Excel Greeting and directing in-house patients to the allocated consultation rooms. Maintaining and being responsible for daily cash flow. Updating availability charts of all Doctors, Psychologists and other AHPs monthly. Maintaining and requesting Vida monthly stationery items. Staff handling (Example - Deciding the team for a home visit or Ambulance transfer) Send daily payment details to the Head office. Maintain daily lab service details and daily call log. Requirements: Young and energetic individual. Ability to work on both Night and Day shifts. (Day: 7a.m- 7p.m, Night: 7p.m- 7a.m) Candidate should possess strong telephone skills. Fluency in Both Sinhala and English languages. Interpersonal skills and ability to coordination should be above average. G.C.E Advanced Level and further Secondary education.
