Join Anunine Holdings as a Payroll Executive and play a key role in ensuring seamless payroll administration while supporting our growing HR team. Key Responsibilities Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Verify attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, loans, and salary revisions. Maintain accurate employee payroll records and master data. Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and management information reports (MIS). Process statutory payments including EPF, ETF, APIT, and ensure timely compliance. Support payroll audits by providing accurate documentation and reports. Handle employee payroll-related inquiries and provide HR operational support. Assist with onboarding documentation, employee records management, compensation data, and HR projects. What We're Looking For 2–4 years of experience in payroll administration and HR operations. Hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and payroll reporting. Strong knowledge of EPF, ETF, APIT, gratuity, and Sri Lankan labor regulations. Proficiency in payroll systems/HRIS and advanced MS Excel. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive employee information. Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related discipline. Professional qualifications such as CIPM or PQHRM will be an added advantage.
