QA/QC Engineer – Civil | Maldives / Sri Lanka

A leading construction company is seeking suitably qualified, experienced and dedicated professionals to join its Civil Construction Project Teams for Maldives and Sri Lanka. We are looking for competent personnel who can take responsibility, maintain construction quality and safety, and deliver the project within the required time and budget. QA/QC Engineer – Civil | Maldives / Sri Lanka Key Responsibilities Implement the project's Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures. Inspect construction activities and materials. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and standards. Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Coordinate laboratory testing and site inspections. Maintain quality records and inspection documentation. Identify non-conformities and monitor corrective actions. Coordinate with the Consultant/Client on quality inspections. Qualifications & Experience Civil Engineering qualification. 3–5 years' relevant experience. Knowledge of construction standards, testing procedures and QA/QC documentation. Experience in concrete, earthwork, roadwork and/or structural construction will be an advantage. Candidates should possess: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Strong teamwork and leadership skills appropriate to the position. Good knowledge of construction safety and quality requirements. Ability to work at project sites and, where required, work beyond normal working hours. Good computer literacy; knowledge of relevant engineering/construction software will be an advantage.
