Real Estate Business Development Executive About RentVerified RentVerified.co is a Sri Lanka-focused rental property platform operated by Capo Fin FZE. We help property agents, agencies and owners publish and manage genuine, currently available rental properties through a simple online platform. We are looking for a Real Estate Business Development Executive based in Sri Lanka to help us rapidly grow the number of rental properties available on RentVerified. Key Responsibilities Identify property agents, real estate agencies, property managers and owners with rental properties currently available. Contact prospective partners through phone, WhatsApp, email and other appropriate channels. Introduce RentVerified and explain how agents can list and manage their rental properties through the platform. Convert interested agents into active RentVerified contributors and help them successfully add their first rental listing. Build relationships with agencies that have multiple available rental properties and encourage them to onboard their inventory. Follow up with existing RentVerified contributors to obtain new listings and keep existing properties current. Research potential property partners through property portals, social media and other public sources. Maintain an organized record of prospects, conversations, follow-ups and results. Provide feedback on any difficulties agents experience when using RentVerified. How Success Will Be Measured The primary performance measure for this role is genuine, non-duplicate, currently available rental listings successfully acquired and published on RentVerified. This is a results-focused position. Success will be measured by actual rental inventory generated, rather than simply the number of calls or leads produced. Candidate Profile Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making daily outbound calls and following up through WhatsApp. Good spoken and written English. Conversational Sinhala required. Tamil language ability is an advantage. Previous experience in sales, business development, telesales, customer service, real estate or property-related work is preferred. Confident speaking with property agents, agency owners and business professionals. Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently. Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, online systems and spreadsheets. Professional and persistent approach to follow-up. Knowledge of the Sri Lankan rental/property market is an advantage. Working Arrangement Full-time Colombo / Western Province Hybrid working arrangement Remote/online prospecting and follow-up, with occasional meetings with property agents or agencies when useful Compensation LKR 50,000–60,000 per month, depending on experience, plus performance incentives linked to genuine rental listings successfully acquired and published.
