RECOVERY AGENT LOCATION - COLOMBO 03 WORKING HOURS - 8.30 AM 5.30 PM WORKING STYLE - ROSTER BASES (Including Mercantile Holidays) SALARY 60K-130K KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and follow up on outstanding debts Contact clients regarding overdue payments Process payments and refunds Resolve billing and customer credit issues Update records and report on collection activities REQUIREMENTS 1+ year experience in recovery / collections (fintech or microfinance preferred) Knowledge of billing, collection methods and relevant laws Good communication skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil is an advantage) Comfortable working with targets and able to manage stress Freshers are also welcome!
