Sales Executive

Sales Executive Lanmic Group is diversified conglomerate consisting one BOI company and three local companies manufacturing and island wide distributing value added minerals mainly calcium carbonate and calcium magnesium carbonate as fillers and performance materials for many industries. Qualifications & Requirements Degree/Diploma in Polymer Science, Polymer Technology, Chemistry, Business, Marketing or related field. Minimum 2 years' B2B Sales, Technical Sales or Business Development experience, preferably in polymers, plastics or chemicals. Knowledge of Polymers, Chemicals, Additives and Masterbatches is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and customer relationship skills. Good market research and analytical skills, with MS Office/Excel proficiency. Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel for customer visits. Key Responsibilities Develop new B2B customers and business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Generate leads through customer visits, networking and market research. Promote and sell Filler, Additive and Colour Masterbatch products. Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions and product recommendations. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities. Build strong customer relationships and provide technical and commercial support. Prepare sales forecasts, proposals and reports, and monitor the sales pipeline. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements and orders are handled effectively.
