Sales & Marketing Officer | Moratuwa ACRI Apparels LLC specializes in crafting everyday women's clothing for prominent retail chains nationwide. We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our team at our Moratuwa-based factory. The ideal candidate will: Identify and seize new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding our presence in stores across the country. Cultivate strong relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and other key figures in the department store sector. Devise and execute effective sales strategies to meet and surpass sales goals. Stay on top of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to capitalize on opportunities and address challenges. Collaborate with design and production teams to relay market feedback on product preferences, trends, and potential enhancements. Provide regular reports on sales performance metrics, account growth, and market insights to senior management. Candidates should have: A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or a related field. At least 2 years of sales experience (prior experience in the apparel industry, particularly in women's dress-wear, is advantageous). A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Flexibility to travel as necessary. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Access to a motorbike and a valid driver's license.
