Person Specifications Bachelor's degree in Insurance or a related field, or a recognized professional qualification in Insurance (eg, CII, SLII, or an equivalent). Additional professional qualifications will be an advantage. Minimum of 6 years of experience in the insurance industry, including at least 2 years in a similar capacity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Sinhala and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Highly accountable, responsible, and committed to delivering exceptional service and quality outcomes. Job Responsibilities Ensure the smooth operation of the Policy Servicing team while delivering services in line with agreed service standards. Handle policy servicing requests, including amendments, premium inquiries, beneficiary changes, policy. reinstatements, and other customer requests accurately and efficiently. Coordinate closely with customers, agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless policy administration and an exceptional customer experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
