Knowledge & skill in handling the production process. Experience & knowledge in pattern making, selecting fabrics & experience in ERP system will be an added advantage. Executive – CORA (Corporate & Regulatory Affairs) | Biyagama We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive – CORA (Corporate & Regulatory Affairs) to support the Corporate & Regulatory Affairs function across administration, product approvals, licensing, excise-related activities, supplier coordination, document management, and stakeholder engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Regulatory Affairs administration, payments, records, correspondence, meetings, and reporting. Coordinate the end-to-end product approval process, including label/liquid archives and artwork administration. Manage Excise Department administration, including stationery, expenses, training, equipment, and EDSL system administration. Prepare and coordinate licenses, CST permits, applications, and regulatory documentation. Manage supplier registrations, payments, follow-ups, and relationships. Develop and maintain cloud-based regulatory document archives with appropriate access controls. Coordinate with agents, government institutions, and external stakeholders, including the Excise Head Office and CEA. Act as the key administrative and coordination point for Regulatory Affairs, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Working knowledge of SAP is mandatory. Proven administrative and coordination experience, preferably within regulatory, compliance, corporate affairs, or a similar function. Fluency in Sinhala and English, both written and spoken. Strong professional correspondence and document-drafting skills. Excellent document-management and digital record-keeping capabilities, including cloud-based archives, folder structures, and access controls. PREFERRED Exposure to excise, licensing, or regulatory approval processes. Experience liaising with government institutions and/or external agencies. Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, organization, and stakeholder-management capabilities. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS Sector Manufacturing / FMCG - Beverage Industry Duration 10 Months (Oct 2026 Aug 2027) Location Biyagama, Sri Lanka Reporting to Manager - Regulatory Affairs Working hours Monday - Friday (8.00 AM - 6.00 PM ) The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and dependable administrator who can manage confidential documentation, coordinate multiple stakeholders, maintain accurate records, and ensure regulatory processes are followed efficiently and on time.
