Key Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Windows systems, leveraging proficiency in English and Arabic to address user issues and ensure clear communication. Perform root cause analysis for escalated incidents using diagnostic tools and implement effective solutions to resolve technical and security issues in Windows environments. Update and manage technical knowledge bases in both English and Arabic, ensuring relevant documentation is available for team use. Coach and train new support analysts by sharing advanced troubleshooting techniques and best practices for Windows operations. Resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs, collaborating with internal support teams to maintain seamless operations and strengthen the organization. Ensure positive customer experience and high CSAT scores through first call resolution, clear communication, and proactive mitigation of security threats. Required Skills & Qualifications Advanced Proficiency in Windows Operating System Administration and Troubleshooting. InDepth Knowledge Of Diagnostic and Remote Support Tools for Windows Environments. Advanced Understanding of Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, And Ticketing Systems. Advanced Proficiency in Maintaining and Updating Technical Documentation and Knowledge Bases. Advanced Proficiency in Customer Service Principles and Techniques for It Support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Regulatory Affairs administration, payments, records, correspondence, meetings, and reporting. Coordinate the end-to-end product approval process, including label/liquid archives and artwork administration. Manage Excise Department administration, including stationery, expenses, training, equipment, and EDSL system administration. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Working knowledge of SAP is mandatory. Proven administrative and coordination experience, preferably within regulatory, compliance, corporate affairs, or a similar function. Fluency in Sinhala and English, both written and spoken. Strong professional correspondence and document-drafting skills. Excellent document-management and digital record-keeping capabilities, including cloud-based archives, folder structures, and access controls. PREFERRED Exposure to excise, licensing, or regulatory approval processes. Experience liaising with government institutions and/or external agencies. Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, organization, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
