We are looking for a customer-focused professional to join our team in Wellampitiya. Location Wellampitiya, Sri Lanka Employment Type Full-Time, Permanent Salary Attractive package based on experience About the Role As a Service Advisor - Commercial Vehicles, you will be the key contact for our customers, ensuring their vehicles receive the right service, at the right time. You will coordinate with workshop teams, provide accurate advice, and ensure a seamless service experience that keeps our customers' business moving. Key Responsibilities Greet and understand customer requirements for commercial vehicle service and repairs. Prepare job cards, explain service details, cost estimates and delivery timelines. Coordinate with technicians and workshop team to ensure quality and timely completion. Monitor job progress and keep customers updated at every stage. Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing and follow-up on payments. Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. What We're Looking for 2-4 years of experience in service advising or similar role in commercial vehicles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability. Good knowledge of commercial vehicle systems and workshop processes. Proficient in MS Office and service management systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English and Sinhala; Tamil would be an added advantage.
